Now in its seventh year at the
Hamptons International Film Festival, the unique Rising Stars program
introduces festival audiences and the film industry to up-and-coming
actors whose stellar performances have contributed so critically to the
films selected for viewing at the Festival. This year, the festival is
proud to partner with the European Film Promotions to expand the
program and present three Shooting Stars, emerging talent from Europe,
alongside the three North American Rising Stars. Together, the Rising
Stars and Shooting Stars will be honored by the festival as this year’s
HIFF Breakthrough Performers.
Please join our international group of Breakthrough Performers in an informal and intimate discussion about the craft of acting, how their process compares in different countries, and what their experiences were with each of their films that are screening at our Festival.
